The Wooly-Pully sweater is made from 100% wool or synthetic yarns in a rib knit V-neck design, with epaulets. May be worn with: the Tropical Blue Long and Winter Dress Blue. The sweater may be worn in lieu of the Service Dress Blue coat while indoors or outdoors unless the coat is more appropriate. Officers wear the Enhanced Shoulder Boards. Enlisted do not wear insignia on this sweater.
